Harold Dean Smoked Goods was named after our owner’s Granddad (“Paw Paw”) whose legacy lives on through his ability to bring family together for entire weekends for time well spent preparing and enjoying good food – recipes too good to keep to ourselves.

That’s why we’re so particular about using only the finest meats, sourcing the freshest local ingredients and smoking our famous brisket, pork, wings, ribs and sausage over the region’s native pecan wood at a precise 210°F. This is what infuses our quality meats with that heavenly, slightly sweet yet smoky flavor.

And our smoked bourbon fruit-topped cheesecake is a religious experience in and of itself.
